How we’re funded
A health resource is only as trustworthy as its incentives. This page states our business model in full — what the commercial asset is, how money would reach us, and the specific list of things no amount of money can buy.
The short version
GLP-1 Healthcare is free to read and always will be. The commercial asset is the provider directory: it is designed to earn a flat referral fee from legitimate telehealth providers when a reader chooses one and starts an assessment. The fee is identical across every provider that pays one, which is what makes an unranked directory possible in the first place.
None of it is switched on yet. As of 2026-07-24 this site earns nothing from anyone. We are publishing the model before the money arrives rather than after, because a model disclosed only once it pays is not a disclosure.
Why we publish this at all
Most sites ranking for GLP-1 searches are monetised, and a good number of them are monetised in ways their readers never see — a “best of” list whose order tracks commission rates, or a comparison table that quietly omits whoever declined to pay. A directory that looks editorial but pays the bills commercially is the single most common shape of that problem.
We would rather be obviously commercial than ambiguously independent. Naming the model removes the reader’s need to guess at it, and it is the only thing that makes the claim below — that ranking is not for sale — checkable rather than decorative.

What each side gives and gets
Referral models are often described only from the reader’s side, which conveniently leaves out what the operator is collecting. Here is the whole exchange.

What is not for sale
A flat fee is the mechanism that makes this list enforceable. If providers paid different amounts, every one of these commitments would be under permanent pressure; because they pay the same, none of them costs us anything to keep.
- Position or order in the directory — it is unranked by design, and the JSON-LD says so.
- Inclusion in, or exclusion from, the directory.
- Removal, softening, or burial of a regulatory, litigation, or enforcement flag.
- The criteria the match tool uses, or the results it returns.
- Any clinical conclusion, dosing figure, or safety warning on this site.
- A link presented as editorial rather than as what it is.
The funding we refuse
GLP-1 Healthcare is independently operated and is not owned by, affiliated with, or funded by any pharmaceutical manufacturer, telehealth prescriber, or pharmacy.
The manufacturer line is the one we are strictest about, and it is not a close call. The companies making these medications have an obvious interest in how their trial figures, their side-effect rates, and their list prices get described. Taking their money would compromise the only thing this site has to offer.
Our commitment
If a commercial relationship ever conflicts with giving you accurate, safe information, the information wins. That is the entire point of being independent — and if you think we have got that balance wrong somewhere, our corrections address is the fastest way to tell us.
