These terms govern your use of GLP-1 Healthcare (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The site is educational
The site publishes general information about GLP-1 medications. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it creates no professional care relationship. Our Medical Disclaimer forms part of these terms and you should read it in full before relying on anything here.
2. Permitted use
You may read, print, and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest the site by automated means in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use its content to train commercial models without permission;
- reproduce content in a way that removes or obscures its sourcing, review status, or safety information — this matters more here than on an ordinary site, because stripping that context can make health information unsafe;
- present our content as your own, or in a way that implies we endorse you or your products;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, or interfere with its operation;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Quoting a short passage with clear attribution and a link back is welcome. For anything broader, contact legal@glp1.healthcare.
3. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by GLP-1 Healthcare or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Our name, wordmark, and logo may not be used without written permission — see our Brand Guidelines.
Material we cite — drug labels, guidelines, journal articles — remains the property of its publishers. We link to those sources rather than reproducing them.
4. Third-party content and links
The site links to external sources so our claims can be verified. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Citing an organisation does not mean it endorses, reviews, or is affiliated with us.
5. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Healthcare and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GLP-1 Healthcare against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
Not yet set
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms depend on where the operating entity is established, which has not yet been confirmed. This clause must be completed with legal advice before the terms take effect — it cannot be inferred.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
