About this publisher

What GLP-1 Healthcare is, and what it is not

GLP-1 Healthcare is an independent publisher of health information about GLP-1 medications. It is a website that explains what these drugs are, what they cost, what they do, and how to reach legitimate care — written for readers in the United States and operated by GLP-1 Healthcare Group.

Because the name suggests otherwise to some people, it is worth being explicit about what it is not. GLP-1 Healthcare is not a clinic, a pharmacy, a telehealth prescriber, or a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Nobody here can prescribe you anything, dispense anything, or access your medical records. If you arrived looking for treatment rather than information, the directory of telehealth providers lists companies that do prescribe, with what each one publishes about its own terms.

The site earns money through flat referral fees from providers listed in that directory. Flat means the fee does not change with the provider, which is why the directory is published unranked — there is no ordering for anyone to buy. No pharmaceutical manufacturer funds any part of it. That arrangement, and its limits, are set out in how we are funded.

No page here has been reviewed by a clinician, and every page says so at the top rather than in the small print. What the site does instead is trace every clinical figure to a named, dated primary source you can open yourself, and record the times it got something wrong in a public corrections log.
