What moved
WeightWatchers Clinic is the interesting one, because our August record predicted a change and got the direction wrong. It said the $25 promotional rate was dated to an offer ending 13 August 2026, “after which the entry price is likely to be higher”. The entry price is not higher. It is still $25 — and it now buys one month rather than two. A six-month plan has also appeared at $84 a month, against $74 on the twelve-month plan, which is unchanged.
The advertised price is identical and the year costs more. That is the failure mode a “from $25” comparison cannot show.
Found now publishes its two entry prices separately: “Plans from $99/mo with insurance or $169/mo cash, medication included on compounded plans.” Our record carried $99 as the compounded entry price without the qualifier.
The one we got wrong
That Found line exposed a modelling error rather than a stale figure, and it was ours rather than theirs. Our cost model had been treating Found as a $99 membership plus $99 of medication and reporting $198 a month. Found sells it as one charge with the medication included, at $169 for a cash payer. The $99 we were doubling is the same plan’s insured price.
So the figure was wrong by $29 a month in the direction that makes a provider look worse, on a page whose entire purpose is comparing what things cost. It is corrected, and the correction is in the changes log with the reasoning rather than only the new number.
Two figures we could not re-confirm
These are not changes. They are figures we publish that were not on the page this time, and the honest treatment of that is neither to keep quoting them as current nor to delete them because one read came back empty.
- Sesame — the $249 “Success by Sesame” programme price appeared nowhere on the homepage, and sesamecare.com/weight-loss now returns a 404. The $34 visit floor and the $149 Wegovy pill price were confirmed, so the record is partly current and partly not. It keeps its August date and says why.
- Noom Med — the $79 and $179 microdose figures were confirmed word for word. The $39 brand-name access tier was not on the page at all. It may be published elsewhere on Noom’s site; a figure missing from one page is not a discontinued product, so it is marked unconfirmed rather than removed.
The same five, blocked the same way
Five providers defeated the August sweep. The same five defeated this one, for the same reasons, and re-attempting them is the point rather than a formality — a block that has been re-tested twice is a different claim from one recorded once.
One is worth a warning for anyone doing this themselves. Willow Health returned 79 kilobytes this time against a near-empty response in August, which looks like a site that has started publishing. Strip the markup and it is 701 characters of readable text, the same as before, with no price in it. We briefly believed the byte count meant something. It does not: markup is not content, and a sweep that measured response size instead of readable text would have recorded a change that did not happen.
When we do this again
2026-10-10, on the 30-day cadence. If that date has passed and the directory still shows it, the directory is overdue and says so on its own face.
